Our integrated motion and machine control solutions are scalable concepts for low-end to high-end mechatronic systems. To realize perfectly balanced motion control solutions, Prodrive combines unique smart concepts with off-the-shelf mechanical, electronic, vision, video and software technologies. By using real-time communication like EtherCAT, Gigabit Ethernet and CAN(Open) the highest performance is reached.

Servo Drives
More efficient machines, unprecedented performance levels, increased reliability, higher power density and increased cost-effectiveness. The innovative, digitally controlled servo drive technologies of Prodrive realize competitive advantages for our customers.

The output powers range from 1W miniature drives to >50kW high-performance, water-cooled drives. The supported motor types are linear, voice coil actuators, brushless AC/DC motors and stepping.

Software 
Prodrive uses a model-based design approach based on Mathlab SimulinkTM to quickly and efficiently implement or alter control algorithms. This approach proves to be extremely beneficial for realizing both simple control systems and complex control systems. We use advanced trajectory generation and multiple feed-forward strategies.
