Quality control forms an integral part of the Prodrive processes. Prodrive is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 13485:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified and the organization uses techniques that originate from the Six Sigma quality principle. Prodrive’s laboratories are Witnessed Manufacturers’ Testing Laboratories (WMT) which meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and are therefore entitled to test products under the supervision of the Notified Certification Body. 

All processes use a direct feedback control loop. Within the development process this is done by means of reviews, simulations and intensive qualification methodologies. In production Prodrive uses state-of-the-art inspection and test equipment to verify the quality of all individual process steps.
The resulting information is registered in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Visiprise. This information is analyzed and linked back to the process engineers, thus enabling continuous improvement of the concerning processes.
