Product Lifecycle Management
As soon as a product has been qualified, it enters the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle. The project team or NPI team then transfers the product to the product team. From that moment the product coordination process is employed.
Permanent members of the product team are the account manager, a purchaser, a production team leader and a quality engineer. Depending on the subject other experts can also become temporary members of the team.
In this process, the product team manages all aspects that are of importance with regard to the product. The product performance is measured, assessed and improved by means of an integral QLTC-model (Q = Quality, L = Logistics, T = Technology, C = Costs). This information is shared with our customers in the form of periodic meetings.
