About the role
As a Product Manufacturing Test Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing robust testing procedures for our embedded computing systems. Your role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the manufacturability and quality of our latest high-end computing platforms and medical equipment that is best in class. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by translating conceptual designs into fully detailed prototypes, leveraging your expertise in both hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing procedures for embedded computing systems, focusing on high-end computing and medical equipment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the manufacturability and reliability of products.
- Utilize your practical experience in both hardware and software design to optimize testing processes and enhance product quality.
- Take ownership of the testing lifecycle, from conceptual design to final assembly, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Identify and address potential issues proactively, leveraging your problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure seamless integration of testing procedures into production processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong practical experience with both hardware and software design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess issues and identify root causes.
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
